Thank goodness Logan County missed the worst of the weather that came through yesterday. Today the sun is shining, and, wonder of all wonders, the dogwood are in full bloom. I always think they should bloom for Easter but seems they seldom do. Hope all of you have a wonderful weekend.

Glad to hear you dodged the tornados, Lucy. I had been following your weather, which seems to be more violent from April through June. We've had mostly cool raw rainy days but the forsythia seems determined to make a showing within the next week or so, and we need that bright burst of yellow.

The horrible weather is surely wreaking havoc in the Southeast. Fortunately, we only got thunder and lightening and rain out of it. I am so glad that you were spared, too. The dogwoods and azaleas are blooming here, too. It is very green in Greensboro, NC.
