Finally joined in
Hi, All! I'm finally recovering from an extremely busy and complicated holiday period, and I'm taking time to get started on the RHS58Blog. Now I need to go back to work for a little while.
And Welcome. Your schedule always leaves me amazed. When you do have time, you'll enjoy going back through our posts. We have already touched on some interesting topics. I'm sure you also shot rats at the dump. I'm mad that I missed out on that; however, I would have probably been like Ann P.'s friend who shot himself in the leg.
Glad you are on board, Andy Mac. I know your holidays are crazy with children and grandchildren. Aren't you happy to see this nonsense that we talk about. It is of consequence to us even if it is nonsense to the world. You even got a picture. I am still unpictured. Keith must be afraid that I will break the computers if he attaches one to me. Enjoy!
It has just dawned on me that maybe I am supposed to attach a picture to myself, but Keith I do not know how do do that. Instructions would be welcome. At least then, I could frighten young children and fellow bloggers.
Andy, glad to have you join in, and maybe one of these days your crazy schedule will let you do some posts and comments.
Ann P., I did crop out a picture of you that someone took at the reunion dinner, just added it to your Jan. 6 post on BBQ judging. The photo is a little fuzzy, so you can email me a better one and I'll crop that and replace the one I had. In the meantime, I will put together another email with step-by-step instructions on "here's how to add pictures to your posts."
Andy, I am so glad you found time to sign on. I have been a fan of this method of communication since 1996 and have met people all over the country on various interest boards and through email loops but to reconnect to yesterday is a very special use of the power of the world wide web.
